LGBTQI2S+ Affirming Therapy

Growing up queer, navigating identity, surviving shame, masking, hypervigilance, rejection, loneliness, or internalized criticism can profoundly shape the nervous system and sense of self.

I provide affirming therapy for gay, queer, bisexual, questioning, and LGBTQI2S+ clients navigating identity, relationships, intimacy, recovery, family dynamics, spirituality, and belonging.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma is not simply what happened to you — it is what your mind and body had to

do to survive.

Many clients arrive feeling emotionally numb, chronically anxious, reactive, disconnected, perfectionistic, or trapped in relational patterns they cannot fully explain.

Together we work to understand how

past experiences continue to shape present emotional, relational, and

physiological responses.

Substance Use & Recovery

Addiction is often an attempt to regulate pain, shame, loneliness, trauma, or nervous system overwhelm.

I work with clients in early recovery, relapse cycles, sobriety maintenance, Chemsex recovery, and individuals questioning their relationship with substances, sex, compulsive behavior, or self-destruction.

My approach combines compassion, accountability, trauma understanding, relapse prevention, and deeper exploration of the emotional function substances

have served.

Creatives & Entertainment
Industry Professionals

The entertainment industry can create enormous instability, identity confusion, burnout, comparison, and pressure to remain constantly productive, desirable, and emotionally adaptable.

I work with actors, writers, directors, designers, crew members, musicians, and other creatives struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, career transitions, imposter syndrome, relationship instability, and loss of meaning.

You do not need to explain industry culture to me.

Men’s Issues &
Emotional Disconnection

Many men were never taught how to identify vulnerability without shame.

Therapy can become a place to explore emotional avoidance, anger, intimacy difficulties, compulsive behaviors, loneliness, sexuality, grief, masculinity, and fear of failure without judgment or performance.
